Giuseppe discovered white truffles in Piedmont. Thanks to this very special product that reflects the earth in which it grows, he became aware of the importance of good terroir in making a product quite extraordinary.   "Pale straw-yellow color with soft glints of green and gold. The yellow intensifies with age."

  This Moscato would be perfect with desserts, cakes and sweet pastries. But it is also very enjoyable as an aperitif.

• Tasting

  Uncork a bottle at aperitif time. A lovely appetiser before a feast!

• Winemaking

  The Charmat method and natural fermentation are used, as are stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature to encourage slow, cool fermentation. This helps to preserve the sweetness of the fruit, as well as its freshness. We also use a double filtration system with a microsystem device to guarantee the freshness, aroma and flavour of the Moscato grape.
