In his native region of Veneto, Giuseppe made the acquaintance of a person who would change his life: a very renowned producer of Prosecco, that very fruity Italian sparkling wine. It was there that Giuseppe began his journey through the regions and glorious terroirs of Italy. Discover this wine which was the starting point of his story!

Vinification in a pressurised temperature control system. Temperature control in a steel tank follows on from the Charmat method for 3 months.

"My idea of a "SPRITZ” cocktail:
- 20 cl of Prosecco Signore Giuseppe
- 10 cl of orange bitters
- A little sparkling water or soda
- Ice cubes
- 1 slice of orange (blood orange for a sweeter flavour)
